![]() I would send the robo-janitors to work on them after every single task (click on the stabiliser, then on the call janitor icon) – build a room, check the stabilisers, set up some training, check the stabilisers, etc… Just do a lap around the map to each stabiliser. Each plot has a single stabiliser with a different disaster. If the robo-janitors do not maintain the stabilisers, they will set off a disaster of some sort. You'll start with one and additional janitors will automatically be unlocked as you purchase more plots. The main addition are the stabilisers, which can only be repaired by new robo-janitors. See the solution for that achievement for some tips on how to play. This hospital has an associated achievement. You’ll need to reach Wave 10 for 1-star, Wave 20 for 2-star and Wave 30 for 3-star.ĬHASM 24I actually found this to be one of the more difficult hospitals in the whole game to 3-star, possibly because I expanded to fast (looking to rush through it, because of those stabilisers - see below). Have a second or even a third Ward to cope – I started with only one 6-bed ward and had a queue of 36 patients waiting!)Ģ9 - 100 Patients: Train 4 Staff – Generate 2200 Research Points – Upgrade 4 Machinesģ0 - 150 Patients: Cure 90 Patients – Go 55 days without a death – Earn $1,500,000 (This wave caught me out – there will be a heap of patients with Monobrow for the Ward. The actual star requirements for Goldpan are:ġ-Star – own 5 plots, expose 3 alien infiltrators,ġ1 - 60 Patients: Train 5 Staff – Staff Morale 55%ġ2 - 55 Patients: 2 Marketing Campaigns - 800 Research Points (I found Marketing was quite close – obviously, run the shortest campaigns (3-months) and make sure the Marketing room is staffed the whole time)ġ3 - 25 Patients: Shoot 10 MonoBeasts - 90% Thermal Comfort (Monobeasts appeared around my reception – I didn’t need to hunt for them, they were scurrying around out in the open near my Reception.)ġ4 - 70 Patients: Go 40 days without a death – Earn $200,000ġ5 - 15 Patients: Cure Rate of 80% - Train 3 Doctorsġ6 - 90 Patients: Water 20 Plants - Upgrade 2 Machinesġ7 - 50 Patients: Cure 15 Patients in Toad Hall - Generate 1500 Research Pointsġ8 - 100 Patients: Hospital Attractiveness of 70% - Cure 50 Patientsġ9 - 80 Patients: Cure Rate 70% - 50 days without a deathĢ0 - 150 Patients: Earn $1,000,000 – Train 8 StaffĢ1 - 100 Patients: Staff Morale of 65% - Hire 3 Staff – Train 8 StaffĢ2 - 130 Patients: Get Balance to $250,000 - Generate 2000 Research Points – Complete 2 Marketing CampaignsĢ3 - 120 Patients: Reputation of 95% - Cure 80 Patients- Thermal Comfort of 90%Ģ4 - 150 Patients: Hospital Value of $2,500,000 – Hospital Attractiveness of 75% - Train 7 StaffĢ5 - 60 Patients: Generate 2000 Research Points – Diagnose 60 Patients – Unlock 15 ToiletsĢ6 - 100 Patients: Cure 30 Patients with Frogborne – Cure 15 Patients with Flat-Packed – Cure 70 PatientsĢ7 - 5 Patients: Go 45 days without a death – Generate 600 Research Points – Cure 3 PatientsĢ8 - 60 Patients: Shoot 20 Monobeasts – Cure 30 Patients with Monobrow – Hygiene Rating of 60% You need to catch 50 Infiltrators for another achievement – see the solution for more details on how to spot them. Apparently, you can also use the patient logs as aliens often bypass Reception and GP’s. Even watching out for these two things, it still took some time. In addition, they will usually bypass the reception area. I had the most luck by putting the game at slow speed and watching the area near the reception. They will behave oddly, but I found that hard to spot in amongst the regular patients (who also behave oddly). ![]() They look like normal patients for the most part. Notice that Goldpan introduces alien infiltrators. Other than those, go through the plots in whatever order you like. Plot 6: Cure Rate of 90% Cure 15 Patients was easier later on, once the hospital was well set up and staff are trained. I found Plot 5: Staff Morale of 85% was best to do early, and Plot 10: Expose 30 Alien Infiltrators will take a while so you might want to get that started early as well. Plot 12 relates to a new disease, Flat-Packed, which is treated in a new Self-Assembly room which must be researched. The objective will appear in the top-right. ![]() ![]() To do so, click on the plot and then on the green tick icon. You must ‘activate’ a plot for it’s objective to become live – at any time you can have 3 activated. Plot 15: Upgrade 7 Machines (must have unlocked Plot 12) Plot 14: Get Balance to $400,000 (must have unlocked Plot 7) Plot 13: Sweep Up 30 bits of Litter (must have unlocked Plot 5) Plot 12: Cure 12 Patients with Flat-Packed Plot 11: Go 120 Days without a death (must have unlocked Plot 13) Plot 6: Cure Rate of 90% Cure 15 Patients Assuming you played through the earlier hospitals, you will be familiar with unlocking new plots by performing certain tasks, as follows: GOLDPANThe first hospital, Goldpan, is fairly straightforward. ![]()
